Every commission is inspected and signed off by a senior M&E surveyor and issued against SFG20, CIBSE, NRM and BCIS guidance, with the responsible engineer named on the report cover.
A single-asset M&E condition survey is typically issued twelve working days from site attendance. Portfolio instructions are programmed on a rolling basis with weekly progress reporting.
£1M professional indemnity cover per claim is maintained with an A-rated UK insurer. Certificates are issued on request at engagement.
